The successful bidder will receive notification by email. Once notified as the winning bidder, the bidder is required to sign Maryland Residential Contract Sale, along with all applicable State and Local Addenda/Disclosures, within 4 hours of the seller's acceptance of the winning bid. Failure to submit the contract promptly may lead the listing agent and seller to consider and potentially accept other bids/offers.
The winner bidder is required to tender a 1% Earnest Money Deposit within 24 hours of contract acceptance, per the terms set in the Terms and Conditions Addendum.
