Winning Bidder is required to tender 5% earnest money deposit within 24 hours via certified funds delivered to the Listing Brokers Office (980 Mercantile Drive, Suite L, Hanover, MD 21076) or sent via ACH transfer. Upon request, the Listing Broker can send the winner bidder a secure link to send the deposit via ACH to be held in escrow. An ACH transfer will be subject to an additional fee of $12 service fee. Failure to submit either the deposit or the contract within the specified timeframe will result in the termination of the bid.
